As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and leave with unforgettable memories.
Responsibilities - Supervise & guide the restaurant staff to deliver outstanding service & maintain high standards.
Coordinate & oversee the daily operations, including seating arrangements, reservations & customer flow.
Train & develop the team, providing guidance on service techniques & customer engagement.
Foster a positive & motivated work environment, encouraging teamwork & cooperation.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring their satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness, hgygiene, & safety standards throughout the restaurant.
Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving service quality & efficiency.
Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies & monitoring expenses.
QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience as a Restaurant Sepervisor or in a similar leadership role.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities, with an eye for detail.
Ability to handle high-presssure situations & resolve conflicts effectively.
Sound knowledge of food & beverage operations.
Familarity with POS systems & restaurant management software.
Ability to mulitask & prioritize tasks efficiently.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
