This job is year-round and forty hours per week with generous paid time off.
Responsibilities include organizing student records, planning special events, preparing for state inspections, and working with children, families, teachers and administrators.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, experience in customer service, and a happy, welcoming demeanor.
Experience with bookkeeping is a plus.
So is past experience at a school.
We are a mid-size school with a small but energetic administrative team including our principal, assistant principal, bookkeeper, and facility manager.
We'd love to find a school secretary who wants to join a hard-working, fun team and stay with us a long time.
