com Duties:
- Provide personal assistance to seniors.
- Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing living spaces.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
- Administer first aid when necessary and follow HIPAA guidelines for maintaining confidentiality.
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure their needs are met.
- Utilize systems and tools to track progress and document observations.
Requirements:
- Experience in caregiving to seniors or working with individuals with special needs is preferred.
- Ability to lift or assist with mobility as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with individuals on a personal level and work in team environment.
